About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Managing Director within Global Payments and Liquidity, a part of Enterprise Functions, to lead the Commercial Card Sales, Account Management, and Sales Support organization serving Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) and Specialized Industries clients.This leadership role is responsible for defining and executing the growth strategy for one of the bank's most important payments businesses. riskIdentify opportunities and strategies for process improvement and risk control development in the Treasury Management Consulting functional areaLead the Treasury Management Consulting team by making strategic decisions to meet higher-risk deliverablesInterpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate to higher complexity and risk within scope of responsibility in the Treasury Management Consulting functional areaEngage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomesCollaborate with and influence all of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education4+ years of management or leadership experienceDesired Qualifications:10+ years of leadership experience managing large, complex sales and relationship management organizationsDemonstrated success driving significant business growth, revenue expansion, and client acquisitionProven record of developing and executing growth strategies that materially improve revenue, client penetration, and retentionDeep expertise in Commercial Card, Payables, Treasury Management, Working Capital, and B2B Payments solutionsExperience leading senior sales, account management, and client-facing organizationsExperience leading organizations serving large corporate, middle market, and specialized industry clientsProven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide initiativesStrong financial acumen
