The team sits within Sales and helps to successfully secure new customers and expand our existing customer base by demonstrating the value of the Figma platform and painting the vision of what is technically possible. We are looking for a Director, Solutions Consulting to lead our AMER Solution Consulting teams across Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic segments. In this role, you will define and execute our strategy for how we partner with Sales, engage with customers, influence new business, and scale for even greater impact. At Figma, we think creatively, lift constraints that block our imagination everyday, and we expect you to do the same.This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.What you’ll do at Figma:Build, develop, and inspire talented, hard-working Solutions Consultants and leaders by creating scalable, data-driven processes that drive team and company goalsPartner with Sales leadership to achieve sales targets across aligned regions and ensure successful pre-sales outcomesAnalyze and manage the performance of our AMER Solutions Consulting teams, including influenced ARR and activity metricsDevelop, refine, and scale core SC processes such as discovery, technical qualification and POCs/trials and establish initiatives to continue up-leveling our AMER Solutions ConsultantsAct as the technical executive to align with customer executives and stakeholders for relationship building and to help advance open opportunitiesRecruit, mentor, and develop the AMER Solutions Consulting leadership teamLeverage customer feedback and outcomes to collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape product improvementsParticipate in regional industry events/organizations as a thought leaderWe'd love to hear from you if you have:10+ years in customer-facing technical sales roles within SaaS6+ years of management experience, including 2+ years managing managers (not individual contributors) within Solutions Consulting or Sales EngineeringProven track record of leading and growing high performing teams across multiple timezones and coaching them toward meeting or exceeding performance expectationsDemonstrated success partnering with regional Sales leadership on GTM strategy, iterating based on data and insightsStrong cross-functional influence across Product and Customer ExperienceStrong understanding of our technical and competitive landscapeAbility to thrive in a constantly evolving and growing environmentWhile not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:Experience with MEDDICC sales qualification frameworkPrior experience managing managersPrior Figma, design or development experienceAt Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. Figma also offers sales incentive compensation for most sales roles and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles.
