Job Description

Are you passionate about helping individuals and families facing difficult circumstances? Join our nonprofit legal team dedicated to providing free civil legal services and expanding access to justice for underserved communities throughout Collier County.

We're seeking a Family Law Staff Attorney to represent survivors of domestic violence and other vulnerable populations in family law matters. ️

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct legal representation in family law cases

• Assist clients with Injunctions for Protection, Dissolutions of Marriage, and Paternity matters

• Manage a caseload while delivering high-quality legal services

• Conduct community outreach and legal education programs

• Participate in bar activities and special community projects

• Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and community partners
