Book Keeper (Part-time)

Bookkeeper (Part-Time, On-Site) We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. This on-site position requires a detail-oriented professional who can maintain accurate financial records and ensure our day-to-day accounting operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment of invoices and collection of outstanding receivables Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow records Record daily financial transactions in our accounting system with accuracy and attention to detail Prepare and submit payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant tax requirements Maintain organized financial files and documentation for easy retrieval and audit purposes Generate monthly financial reports including profit and loss statements and balance sheets Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal staff regarding billing and payment matters Support the preparation of materials for tax filing and annual audits Prepare quarterly sales tax returns Prepare quarterly licensing reporting Assist with income projections and production (COGS) analysis Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Schedule Part-time, 20 hours per week, on-site at our Hawthorne office #J-18808-Ljbffr HYPLAND
