Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.75 – $19.25 per hourShift: Days – 7am-7pm, Nights – 7pm-7am, 12hr rotating schedule, 2 weekends a month, & holidays. What’s a typical day as Production Associate? You’ll be:

• Palletizing products and ensuring correct packaging.
• Cleaning production lines to maintain a safe, sanitary environment.
• Checking products as they move down the line for quality and accuracy.
• Making boxes and preparing materials for shipping or storage.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs and performing a variety of standing and physical tasks to support production needs.
• Assisting with any duties necessary to help production run smoothly.
• Reporting to the production supervisor or team lead.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are comfortable working a 12-hour rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Can safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Have a strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Are a dependable team player with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Prior production or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
