Production Associates Needed ASAP 
Penn Yan, NY | Day & Overnight Shifts Available | Se Habla Español

Now hiring Production Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Penn Yan, NY. Immediate openings available for dependable candidates looking for steady hours and long-term opportunity. Entry-level candidates with some work experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $18.75/hour starting pay — PLUS $0.50 overnight shift differential Overnight pay rate = $19.25/hour

Schedule:

• Overnight Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 12-hour rotating schedule
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties:

• Palletizing finished products
• Inspecting product coming off the line
• Building and assembling boxes
• Cleaning production lines and work areas
• Supporting production needs as assigned
• Lifting up to 50 lbs throughout shift

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Comfortable with physical, fast-paced work
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented and safety-focused
• PPE required on site
• Reliable transportation required
• Must pass required pre-employment screenings

Preferred Qualifications:

• Entry-level candidates with some manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience
• Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply
