The Surgical Services Assistant Nurse Manager will support a high-volume surgical services department featuring 60 operating rooms performing complex and specialized procedures across multiple service lines. The OR Clinical Nurse Leader will help ensure efficient surgical flow, safety compliance, and exceptional perioperative patient care. This OR environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and supported by advanced surgical technologies and interdisciplinary teamwork. R eporting directly to the Operating Room Nurse Manager , the Surgical Services Nurse Coordinator will help oversee daily operations for a large surgical services team of approximately 200 FTEs. The Operating Room Leadership RN will work alongside experienced perioperative nurses, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff in a highly collaborative environment. This leadership role includes supporting staffing, scheduling, performance improvement, and staff development initiatives. The Perioperative Nurse Manager will help foster a positive culture built on teamwork, accountability, and clinical excellence.
