• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset for daily engagement with students and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and daily lesson activities
• Assist students with academic tasks, behavior management, and classroom transitions
• Foster an inclusive, safe, and encouraging learning environment for all students
• Aid with small group instruction or one-on-one support, as assigned
• Help monitor student progress, providing valuable feedback to educators
