Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse – DaVita Skilled Nursing Dialysis (DSD) 3‑4 days a week with 12+ hour shifts, alternating Saturdays. No on‑call. Paid training program. What you can expect: Provide the complete ongoing care of dialysis patients at skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). Coordinate with SNF staff, educate patients and families, supervise dialysis technicians, make autonomous clinical decisions, and meet clinical outcomes in a complex, start‑up environment. Primary responsibilities Deliver optimal dialysis care and ensure treatment stays on schedule. Provide patient and family education in the SNF setting. Supervise dialysis technicians and maintain capacity and efficiency goals. Plan and implement comprehensive patient care plans with critical thinking. Travel to additional SNF clinics within the region as needed. Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives. Required qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Minimum of 12 months of RN experience. Associate, Bachelor of Science, or three‑year diploma in nursing. Proficient in MS Word and Outlook. Paid hands‑on training program – willingness to learn dialysis skills. Preferred / Nice‑to‑have qualifications Experience in chronic or acute hemodialysis.
