For questions, contact .• Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire• Location: Local Remote (Southern California) or Hybrid (Santa Ana, CA)• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $125,000 – $150,000 annually• No Visa Sponsorship Available: For this roleWhat You’ll Do:• Own mortgage technology initiatives from concept through implementation and post-production improvements• Translate business, operational, and compliance needs into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria• Manage product backlogs and partner with stakeholders, operations teams, and developers to drive successful delivery• Support mortgage platforms across origination, underwriting, servicing, broker portals, and related systems• Help deliver AI-first solutions while identifying opportunities for continuous improvementWhat Gets You the Job:• 5+ years of Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Management experience within mortgage technology• Deep understanding of mortgage operations, origination workflows, servicing, and compliance requirements• Experience supporting LOS platforms, broker portals, underwriting systems, CRM platforms, or related mortgage applications• Proven ability to own initiatives from concept through production while working effectively with technical and business teams• Exposure to AI initiatives, AI-enabled products, or AI-assisted project delivery is highly desiredIrvine Technology Corporation (ITC) connects top talent with exceptional opportunities in IT, Security, Engineering, and Design.
