Finance Bankruptcy amp Restructuring Associate - Commercial Real Estate Finance

Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly motivated associate to join its Commercial Real Estate Finance team within the Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice Group in Charlotte, NC. Duties Document, negotiate, and close secured and unsecured credit facilities and loan transactions. Conduct due diligence for commercial real estate finance transactions. Manage large commercial lending transactions from inception through post-closing. Requirements 3-5 years of finance experience, with a preference for commercial real estate finance. Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to exceptional client service. Licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed to practice law in North Carolina. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in North Carolina or eligibility for immediate licensure. Skills Proven ability to manage complex transactions. Strong negotiation and documentation skills.
