Join BlueSprig’s Severe Behavior Center , where experienced clinical teams provide highly customized treatment for children presenting with complex and severe behaviors, including:

• Aggression
• Self-injury
• Elopement
• Pica
• Other high-risk behaviors

This specialized setting is built for clinicians who want to make a meaningful impact while working with increased staff-to-client ratios, advanced safety protocols, and strong clinical collaboration.

Compensation & Bonuses

• Total Annual Compensation: $80,000 – $110,000
• Base Salary: $80,000-$92,000
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000+ (based on experience)
• Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000–$18,000 (paid monthly)

Education Requirements: Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
