What You'll Do:- Support people in identifying career interests and developing skills for workplace success
- Assist with resumes, job searches, applications, and interview preparation
- Provide job coaching and ongoing support to help individuals thrive in their roles
- Build strong partnerships with local businesses and create employment opportunities within the community
- Encourage confidence, independence, and personal growth through meaningful employment experiences
- Collaborate with families, employers, and support teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Maintain documentation and contribute to person-centered planning and Life Plan Reviews
- Help shape innovative programs and opportunities that expand choices and improve quality of life

Employment Specialist Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
Valid NYS Driver's License is required.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM (hours may vary depending on needs)
The position is 37.5 hours per week
Pay Rate: 18.75 - $21.50 per hour + based on experience!
