Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective patient-family centered care throughout the perioperative period.
- Scrub, circulate, and assist in recovery as needed to support the surgical team.
- Communicate clearly with surgeons, anesthesiologists, scrub techs, and other perioperative staff to coordinate care.
- Maintain sterile technique, perform instrument counts, assist with positioning, and monitor patient status.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and contribute to quality and safety initiatives within the perioperative service line.

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted RN license in Maine.
- Covid-19 vaccination required.
- CNOR preferred.
- Ability to scrub, circulate, and work in the recovery area as needed.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a perioperative team.
- Prior perioperative nursing experience is preferred.
