WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO JOIN OUR TEAM! Front Office / Patient Coordinator

We are looking for a warm, professional, organized, and motivated team member who enjoys working with patients and takes pride in providing an exceptional dental experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and welcome patients with a warm, positive attitude .
• Collect patient payments at the time of treatment.
• Follow up on broken/cancelled appointments and maintain an active Ready Call List to fill openings.
• Verify and accurately enter insurance information.
• Contact insurance companies to verify eligibility and benefits.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients.
• Help maintain an efficient, organized, and positive front office.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and patient-focused
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• A positive team player
• Dental office experience preferred; minimum 1 year preferred , but we are willing to train the right person.
• Knowledge of dental services and terminology is a plus.

Compensation: Based on experience and qualifications.
