Educational Background: High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred). Proven Track Record: Previous experience working with school‑aged children in group settings (camps, tutoring, or afterschool programs) is strongly preferred. Skill Set: Basic knowledge of child development and a talent for classroom management through positive guidance. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with parents, children, and colleagues.
