Die Cast Machine Operator

Pay: $21.00/hr + Shift Differential

Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM

Location: Minneapolis

Weekly Pay | Contract-to-Hire

Job Overview

We are hiring Die Cast Machine Operators to support the production of aluminum and magnesium parts used in medical, automotive, and power sports industries. This is a hands-on manufacturing role with opportunities for advancement and pay increases based on performance and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Operate die casting machines to produce quality parts
• Perform visual inspections of finished products
• Use basic inspection tools and gauges to verify part quality
• Remove excess material and perform basic deburring tasks
• Monitor equipment and report any issues
• Follow work instructions and production requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a hot industrial environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Preferred Qualifications

• Die casting experience
• Deburring or metal finishing experience
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, or tape measures
• Manufacturing or production experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
