Residential Care Associate I Full Time Regular Full-Time | Wilsonville, OR, US Job Summary Provide caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks to clients in a residential treatment home. Responsibilities include personal care services, food preparation and cleanup, medication administration under RN guidance, client transportation, documentation, and maintaining productivity standards. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs, IADLs) to promote independence. Prepare meals, clean up, purchase food, encouraging client participation. Administer medications and perform delegated medical care as prescribed by the primary care provider. Transport clients to and from the program as needed. Document services and maintain compliance with productivity and documentation standards. Complete crisis de‑escalation and CPR trainings; lift and transfer clients when required. Qualifications Caregiving and/or mental health experience (preferred). Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a safe driving record. Ability and willingness to conduct a DHS criminal background check. Physical capability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds; occasionally use ladders. Preferable bilingual or multilingual language skills for a 5% language differential. Enthusiastic commitment to resident wellbeing and collaboration with the team. Age 18 or older at the time of hire as required by OAR 309-035-0135. Work Schedule Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (Full Time, Day) Compensation $20.60 – $21.86 per hour, DOE/Credentials. Additional 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates.
