Job Description

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance
• Coordinate closely with field teams, estimators, and superintendents
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with ownership
• Mix of in office and site visits weekly (3 days in office, 2 onsite)
• Ensure quality, safety, and execution standards are met

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 3 yrs+ as full PM experience in commercial construction
• Experience with ground up and renovation projects
• Strong understanding of construction softwares
• Ability to work in a fully inoffice environment
• Organized, communicative, and relationship oriented approach
• Interest in long term growth with a stable contractor
