Metal Components Manufacturing Technician

Worksite: North Canton, OH

Openings: 1st and 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday

If you thrive on consistency, accuracy, and safe production, this role puts you at the controls of equipment that shapes precision metal components. You’ll keep production flowing, materials moving, and quality locked in.

What will I do?

• Operate production equipment by following step-by-step work instructions.
• Read work orders, pick the correct materials, and prepare setups.
• Load/unload materials; use forklifts and overhead cranes (we can train you).
• Perform quality checks during and after runs; verify measurements with a tape measure and micrometer.
• Document production details and part counts accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and follow all safety practices.
• Lift up to 50 pounds when required.

What do I need to succeed?

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience.
• Ability to use basic precision measuring tools (tape measure, micrometer).
• Confidence reading and following written procedures.
• Reliable attendance and careful attention to detail.
• Forklift or overhead crane experience is beneficial but not necessary.
