Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist Assistant. Location: In‑facility. Reporting to: Director of Rehab. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients regain function, implement physical therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You are a healer and a helper, committed to putting patients first and supporting their families in a compassionate atmosphere. You collaborate with peers, make referrals when needed, and adapt to each patient's unique needs. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
