Learn more at: Job Summary: Leads the commercial group sales implementation operational processes for all new accounts, both fully insured and ASO. Primary duties may include but are not limited to all new case implementation activities and serves as a liaison between the Account Management team, Sales Support, Brokers and Customers.Responsible for all tracking, monitoring, and reporting progress of all functional areas throughoutthe implementation process. Nevada Life and Health Insurance license preferred. 5 years’ experience in administrative or similar position responsible for developing business communications or 5 years’ experience in health insurance/managed care environment in business processes and operating models such as utilization management, case management, patient outflow and decision support.
