The Role

We are seeking an AI-Native Staff Engineer to set technical directions across our front-end and back-end systems. Operating fluidly across the stack, you will design scalable, secure-by-default, AI-powered customer experiences, mentor senior engineers, and aggressively leverage modern AI tools to accelerate development throughput cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Act as the primary technical anchor across engineering squads, steering best practices across system architecture, performance optimization, and accessibility.
• Solution Design: Lead architectural discussions, making critical foundational choices across design frameworks, distributed data flows, state patterns, and edge service component architectures.
• AI Enablement: Infuse generative AI workflows across the entire software development lifecycle, utilizing cutting-edge toolings to supercharge engineering velocity and product capabilities.
• Hands-on Execution: Maintain an active ownership mindset by drafting high-quality core code, performing cross-squad code reviews, and resolving deep structural bottlenecks.
• Talent Development: Explicitly mentor senior-level software engineers to amplify team output and guide career development tracks.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience building and maintaining complex, high-scale distributed systems.
• Frontend Mastery: Elite proficiency across JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern client-side architectures.
• Backend Systems: Strong foundations building scalable distributed backends utilizing JavaScript (Node.js), Java, or Golang layers.
• Extensive operational experience navigating AWS cloud architecture environments .
• AI-Native Fluency: Hands-on familiarity with modern AI development accelerators (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, n8n, Make.com, Supabase, Vercel, Bolt, Firecrawl).
• Excellent communication capacity to bridge complex technical trade-offs with cross-functional product stakeholders.
• Location Constraint: Must reside in India (with a preference for remote hubs around Hyderabad, Pune, or Bengaluru).
