Body Shop Manager Capitol City Ford, a dealer in Indianapolis since 1984, is looking for someone to join our team now and that the right person will assume the Body Shop Manager role when our current manager retires later this year. Requirements Hard working with an energetic personality Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience Prior collision estimating experience is a huge plus Have or be able to acquire the required certifications Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record A reliable, consistent work history and a clean drug test are required.
