Position Overview:

- Conduct patient evaluations focused on musculoskeletal and spine-related conditions
- Collaborate with surgeons, PAs, and physical therapists to manage non-operative treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic imaging
- Perform in-office procedures as appropriate
- Guide patients through conservative care, pre-op, and post-op pathways
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) or Sports Medicine
- Active NY and/or NJ medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with spine and musculoskeletal medicine strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach
