University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in Belleville, MI. In this role, you will provide essential in-home care and support to clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This position offers flexible hours, a supportive work environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Provide medication reminders and monitor clients' health and well-being
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and errands
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain accurate records of care and report any changes in client’s condition
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals as needed
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass background checks
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable nature
- Competitive pay rate of $14.00 - $19.00 per hour, paid twice a month
