AI Engineer

Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

• We want someone with a proven history of delivering AI solutions for enterprise applications.
• We need strong awareness of AI-specific considerations such as privacy, billing models, and cost efficiency.
• We expect solid knowledge of both classical AI methods and generative AI approaches.
• We are looking for practical experience with fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and prompt design.
• We require experience in document intelligence, including summarization, categorization, and sentiment evaluation.
• We need familiarity with multiple AI providers through APIs, including ChatGPT, Claude, and open-source models.
• We value experience with vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate.
• We prefer familiarity with LLM frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• We want hands-on experience building Agentic AI systems that can manage multi-step workflows, autonomous tasks, and self-directed reasoning.
• We require strong Python skills with 5+ years of experience developing enterprise-grade applications.
• We require strong C# skills with 5+ years of experience.
• We expect experience working in an Agile development environment.

• We collaborate on analyzing and shaping business requirements.
• We design and build core AI features and algorithms.
• We create deployment and testing pipelines for AI capabilities.
• We work with software engineers to integrate AI features into our SmartAdvocate application.
• We perform thorough testing and validation of AI implementations.
• We design testing frameworks to evaluate solution performance.
• We develop monitoring systems to keep AI features reliable in production.
• We support AI functionality by troubleshooting and resolving customer-reported issues.
• We partner with our CTO and engineering leadership to gather requirements, design solutions, and plan product development.
• We write code, implement algorithms, and explore innovative approaches.
• We prepare code for peer review and build unit and functional tests.
• We integrate AI solutions into the SmartAdvocate platform.
• We work closely with QA to ensure comprehensive testing.
• We deploy solutions to alpha and beta environments.
• We design and implement strategies for promoting code artifacts to production.
• We provide customer support for AI-related features.
