Direct Sales Agent Specialist (2569) - Direct Auto

Job Description The Direct Sales Agent Specialist (Direct Auto Insurance) is responsible for profitable growth and attainment of business goals by driving new business sales, building rapport and trust with customers, and maintaining a book of business within the market/retail location. The role involves selling to walk‑in customers, marketing products outside the office via calls and in‑person visits, and assisting customers in the office. Responsibilities Drive new business sales and cross‑sell to support product offerings. Build and maintain a robust book of business within the retail location. Conduct outbound marketing calls and in‑person visits to generate leads and foster community relationships. Leverage community contacts to build a sales pipeline and maintain an active presence in local events and organizations. Monitor key competitors and provide suggestions for improving the company's market position. Plan, implement, and manage marketing and sales processes in partnership with Direct Sales Leadership. Ensure compliance with all rules, procedures, and underwriting guidelines. Handle customer payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate cash drawer records. Minimum Qualifications 0-2 years of experience. Current or attainable P&C licensing within 90 days of joining. Preferred Skills and Competencies Successful closing of insurance and ancillary product sales. Achievement of sales goals through new product sales, cross‑selling, and customer retention. Community engagement and outbound calling capabilities. Strong awareness of competitive market dynamics. Total compensation may include incentive pay, commissions, and bonuses based on individual and team performance.
