Key Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service Lead, train, and motivate line cooks to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Monitor food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in compliance with health regulations Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste Collaborate with the executive chef and kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to guests Maintain a positive and professional work environment Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a line cook, with leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and team leadership abilities Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus Join our dynamic team where passion for food and commitment to excellence are celebrated.
