In this role, you’ll play an important part insupporting daily warehouse operations by maintaining facility cleanliness,organizing materials, and helping create a safe work environment for the entireteam. What You’ll Do Keep warehouse floors, racks,workspaces, and common areas clean and organized Break down crates & boxes andcompact cardboard for recycling using trash compactors or designated tools Remove trash, recycling, andsurplus materials throughout the facility Maintain safe exterior areas bysweeping and removing debris, trash, and hazardous obstacles from parkinglots, walkways, and outdoor spaces Identify, report, and help addressmaintenance or safety concerns Coordinate supply requests tosupport efficient daily operations Assist with organizing andmaintaining warehouse materials Safely handle cleaning &sanitizing solutions, flammable materials (e.g. paint, acetone, fuel etc.),compactors and basic maintenance tools Support warehouse operations andassist leadership (Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager and General Manager)with assigned tasks Assist with basic maintenance andgeneral warehouse support as needed Help maintain OSHA-compliant safeand clean work environment What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GEDpreferred 2+ years of porter, janitorial, orcustodial experience Warehouse or logistics experienceis a plus Knowledge of OSHA safety standards,cleaning procedures, equipment, and safe workplace practices, with astrong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Strong work ethic, problem-solvingskills and attention to detail Ability to follow directions, workindependently and as part of a team Good communication andorganizational skills Professional, dependable, and ableto handle responsibilities with discretion Team-Player, adaptable, andcomfortable in a fast-paced environment Physical & Work Environment Work is split between indoorwarehouse areas and outdoor conditions (50:50) Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.and move carts or dollies up to 150 lbs. Frequent standing, walking,bending, lifting, and cleaning activities PPE may be required for certaintasks Operating cleaning equipment, trashcompactors, and basic manual tools required Why Join this Company?
