Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, client interactions, and treatment progress within our documentation systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with industry standards.

As a remote therapist, you will serve a diverse patient population from various backgrounds, addressing a wide array of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with caseload and experience.
