Aerospace Quality Inspector

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM | Overtime may be required based on production needs. What You’ll Be Doing Perform in-process and final inspection of precision machined aerospace components Utilize precision measurement tools including: Micrometers Calipers Height Gages Bore Gages Comparators Surface Plates/Layout Tools Interpret engineering drawings and specifications Conduct and support First Article Inspections (AS9102) Document inspection results and ensure compliance with quality standards Identify nonconforming parts and follow proper containment procedures Support compliance with AS9100 and other aerospace standards ✅ Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 3–5+ years of aerospace inspection experience Experience in inspecting precision-machined parts with tight tolerances Strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T Hands-on experience with standard inspection tools Comfortable working in a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel ⭐ Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) CMM operation or programming experience Experience with PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar software Knowledge of AS9100, AS9102 (FAI), PPAP, PFMEA Experience with Net-Inspect or Discus Familiarity with JobBOSS or other MRP systems Competitive hourly compensation Overtime pay Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Stable full-time opportunity Onsite interview (if selected) Background screening may be conducted in accordance with applicable laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr
