Retirement Plan Specialist

At Hoover Private Wealth , we're an RIA that works with families and business owners. We're looking to hire a service advisor to work with our retirement plan clients. They are primarily 401(k) plans, but we do have a few defined benefit plans as well. You will work directly with the business owners and HR teams to deliver our advisory services. We would prefer a licensed professional and would welcome any clients you may want to bring with you. Service, rather than sales, is the primary focus of this position. Prepare participant reports for annual reviews and special requests Prepare materials for participant education and investment committee meetings Assist with recordkeeper and platform benchmarking for clients and prospects Lead the onboarding of new retirement plan client Client Service & Participant Support Support participant rollover transactions and account setup Respond to participant and client phone and email inquiries Process account changes and maintenance request Key Success Indicators Reports are accurate, complete, and delivered on time Client inquiries are resolved promptly and professionally CRM records are maintained accurately and consistent Active participation in team initiatives and continuous improvement effort Consistent demonstration of professionalism, accountability, and company core values. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hoover Private Wealth
