Practice Setting: Hospital
Hospital Size: 99 beds
Average Deliveries: 01 per shift
Average Callbacks: 02 per shift
Responsibilities: OB/GYN hospitalist coverage, including covering for the nurse-midwife when needed.
EMR: Cerner
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30 days
Requirements
Board Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN
License: Active Arizona license or IMLC accepted
DEA: Active DEA required
Minimum Experience: 1 year
