Night Audit: 11:00 pm-7:00 am

Mid Shift (Busy days only): 12 pm-8 pm or 1 pm-9 pm

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable first impressions? EVEN Hotel Waco is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel.

In this role, you will greet and assist guests throughout the check-in and check-out process, manage reservations and room assignments, respond to guest inquiries, and provide outstanding service to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll help create the warm, welcoming atmosphere that defines the EVEN Hotel experience.

$14 - $16 hourly

• Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready
• Field customer complaints when necessary
• Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information
• Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests
• Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information

• Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
• Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
• 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred

• Available to work weekends as needed.
