Non-CDL Driver / Event Installer

We are hiring a dependable, reliable, and loyal person to join our team.Drivers at Party Reflections spend most of their day outside being active. Position Summary: The Driver/Event Installer is responsible for driving the crew and cargo safely to and from job sites in our company 26' box truck in addition to loading/unloading, delivery/pick up, and installation/strike. Requirements: Ability to work flexible schedules to include evenings and weekends. Ability to pass DOT medical card certification Ability to pass pre-employment testing including but not limited to drug screening, criminal background check, and motor vehicle registration (MVR). Must be ableto read, write, and speak English. Must have basic math and counting skills. Willingness to work with hands and labor intensive duties. Lots of enthusiasm, professionalism, and commitment. Reliable Transportation Physical Demands: Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position in a non-climate controlled environment. Must have sufficient clarity of speech and hearing. Must have adequate vision with or without corrective lenses Must have a full range of motion and dexterity including but not limited to bending, squatting, reach above head, climb and walk straight, push/pull heavy loads and standing for long periods of time. Must be able to lift up 70 pounds Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. Other Preferred Skills - Will Train: Experience driving large vehicles / box trucks. Experience Loading Trucks/Unloading Trucks. Experience working in a general labor, doing physical work, or working in a warehouse/production capacity. Licenses/Certifications: Must have a valid driver’s license.
