We’re looking for a sharp, reliable Non-CDL Box Truck Driver & Job Lead who thrives on responsibility, teamwork, and making a real impact every day. In this role, you’ll safely operate a non-CDL box truck while leading a crew of 5–10 people, turning challenging job sites into smooth, professional operations.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a non-CDL box truck between the packing location and job sites (typically 2–4 hours each way).
• Lead and motivate a crew of 5–10 employees, keeping everyone organized, productive, and focused.
• Review job paperwork and make sure the team follows every instruction and customer requirement.
• Guide the crew in carefully wrapping, protecting, loading, and moving household goods—whether to the truck or designated locations.
• Oversee loading and unloading to protect property and materials from damage.
• Communicate clearly with management about progress, issues, or changes on-site.
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately (using an iPad or iPhone).
• Model a professional, safety-first attitude with customers and teammates.
• Jump in and do the physical work yourself—lifting, wrapping, loading, and moving items as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license and a clean 7-year motor vehicle record.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Previous box truck (or similar) driving experience preferred.
• Crew-lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfortable driving 2–4 hours at a stretch.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and follow detailed job paperwork.
• Comfortable using an iPad or iPhone for job documentation.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to lead and work effectively with a team of 5–10 people.
• Willingness to work at job sites that may involve water, mold, smoke, or other property damage, and in varying weather conditions.

Physical Demands

You’ll be active throughout the day—repeatedly lifting and carrying household goods, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and loading/unloading the truck. This is a hands-on role that rewards people who bring energy and care to the work.
