Talent Recruiter Location: Lebanon, OH Job Id: 1198 # of Openings: 0 FLSA Status: Exempt, Full-Time Job Summary: The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process. Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. Maintain a diverse candidate pipeline through traditional and non‑traditional recruiting efforts. Assist with job posting and advertisement processes. Screen applications and select qualified candidates. Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders as needed. Set up drug testing and background checks. Collaborate with the hiring manager and HR Director during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. Manage, attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions. Perform other related duties as assigned. Create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles. Possess working knowledge of applicant tracking and human resource information systems. Be proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. Have excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Excel in using applicant‑tracking software or learn quickly. Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required. Minimum 1 year of experience managing most phases of the recruitment and hiring process. Experience working in a growing organization. SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP preferred. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Fecon, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
