Job Title: Sterile Technician

Experience: Minimum of 4 years

Must-Have: BLS and CRCST certification


Description:
This position involves working in the operating room.
The technician will be responsible for maintaining sterile environments during surgical procedures.
The technician must ensure all instruments and supplies are properly sterilized and organized.
Occasional weekend coverage is required, approximately every fifth weekend.
The individual must have experience in an acute care setting.
Successful candidates will adhere to strict infection control policies.
The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Communication skills are essential for coordinating with surgical teams.
The technician will participate in ongoing education to stay current with best practices.
