2141 Overlook Road Cleveland Heights, OH 44106 Position Overview The Behavioral Health Technician supports the residential and inpatient milieu by facilitating therapeutic activity groups, assisting clients in acquiring skills to manage their eating disorder, maintaining a recovery‑oriented environment, and providing general support and assistance. Schedule Full‑time, 0.8 FTE (32 hours/week) 2nd shift, 2 p‑10:30 p Rotating weekends and holidays required Compensation BHT I: Starting hourly range between $18.00‑$22.00 Final compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position. Responsibilities Partners with the multi‑disciplinary team on care plan and treatment, assisting in admissions, supporting or assisting clients in programming Participates in therapeutic meals and snacks and provides support during structured outings and recreation Available to engage, challenge, and support residents as needed; reports observations and documents in charts Monitors and supports bathroom use per client treatment direction. Monitors and documents exercise.
