We are looking for a Business Analyst to support operational improvement and digital enablement initiatives in Newport Beach, California. This role works across business and technology teams to uncover process gaps, define more effective ways of working, and help deliver scalable solutions that improve performance across core supply chain activities. The position is well suited for someone who can connect business goals with system capabilities, guide cross-functional collaboration, and promote practical, data-informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate existing business workflows to uncover inefficiencies, process bottlenecks, and opportunities for greater consistency across operations.
• Create improved future-state processes that use system functionality and automation to reduce manual tasks and strengthen execution.
• Lead business analysis efforts for initiatives involving warehouse operations, procurement activities, and order management processes.
• Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and external partners to define requirements and align solutions with strategic priorities.
• Support the delivery lifecycle from initial discovery and requirements gathering through testing, rollout, and user adoption.
• Develop repeatable process models and documentation that can be applied across multiple sites and warehouse environments.
• Conduct gap assessments between current operations and desired capabilities, recommending practical improvements through D365 and connected platforms.
• Help drive digital transformation efforts by identifying opportunities to improve reporting, analytics, and operational decision support.• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or technology-focused operational projects.
• Background working with warehouse, supply chain, procurement, or order-to-cash functions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365; exposure to Field Service or related supply chain modules is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage small to mid-sized projects.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Experience performing gap analysis, documenting requirements, and supporting Agile or Scrum-based project delivery.
• Familiarity with finance-related processes such as accounts payable, general ledger, or inventory management is preferred.
