Financial Analyst - Real Estate Private Equity (Underwriting)

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support real estate private equity investments. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in financial modeling, underwriting, and investment analysis, who thrives in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
You will play a key role in evaluating investment opportunities, preparing institutional-quality materials, and supporting internal systems and deal execution.
### Key Responsibilities
**Investment Analysis & Underwriting**
* Build and analyze complex financial models for real estate investments
* Conduct underwriting, scenario analysis, and return projections
* Evaluate risks, assumptions, and market data to support investment decisions
**Investment Memos & Presentation Materials**
* Prepare investment memos and deal summaries for internal and investor review
* Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations aligned with institutional standards
**AI, Automation & Internal Systems**
* Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and analysis
* Support the development and improvement of internal systems and processes
**Deal & Team Coordination**
* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners during deal execution
* Assist in tracking pipeline, deadlines, and deliverables
### Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
* **2–5+ years of relevant experience** in:
* Real estate private equity or investment analysis
* Investment banking and/or accounting
* Real estate advisory, development underwriting, or asset management
