What You’ll Do:

- Own month-end close, financial statements, and GL integrity 

- Manage cash flow, forecasting, and banking relationships 

- Lead cost accounting, inventory, and manufacturing costing 

- Develop budgets, forecasts, and operational KPIs 

- Oversee a small team and improve financial processes 

What We’re Looking For:

- 7+ years accounting experience with manufacturing background 

- 3+ years in a Controller or Assistant Controller role 

- Strong in GAAP, cost accounting, and ERP systems 

- Experienced in cash management and full-cycle close 

- Leadership experience; hands-on and detail-oriented
