Business Development Manager

Business Development ManagerSenior Helpers of West Kentucky is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Paducah, KY. This role is vital to driving business growth through effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives that promote our brand and services within the community.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partnersDevelop and manager new referral sources through face to face meetings, networkingContact and engage 8 to10 referral sources daily to develop relationships and gain referralsAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.Arrange presentations of Senior Helpers services at meetings in healthcare and senior-related organizationsAttend trade shows, conferences, and community networking eventsTrack and report on sales performance metrics and marketing ROI.RequirementsProven experience in sales and marketing management.Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and sales techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with the senior care industry is a plus.Proficiency with CRM software and marketing tools.BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Supportive and caring work environment.About the CompanySenior Helpers of West Kentucky is dedicated to improving the quality of life for seniors and their families by providing reliable, compassionate in-home care services.
