Hybrid Regional Campaign Organizing Director

Reports To: Deputy National Organizing Director Department: Organizing Work Location: Hybrid (WFH & DC Headquarters) Job Type: Full-Time, Salary Exempt Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) is the official national Democratic campaign committee charged with electing Democrats to the U. S. House of Representatives. The DCCC recruits Democratic candidates and supports Democratic campaigns – both challengers and Democratic incumbent Members – with a variety of services including field operations, fundraising support, communications assistance, digital strategy, research support and management consulting. The DCCC is supported by the contributions of individuals and organizations, along with Democratic Members, from throughout the country. We look for talented and hard-working professionals who are committed to electing Democrats and winning the House majority. Due to the cyclic nature of our organization, all positions are subject to separation at the end of the election cycle. Position Summary The DCCC is hiring Regional Organizing Directors for the 2026 campaign cycle. The RODs report directly to the Deputy National Organizing Director, and are primarily responsible for management and oversight of all organizing operations for a designated region of the country. RODs will work within their regional pod and department to advocate for field investments, and implement voter contact and GOTV programs in target races. They will work directly with district organizing directors to ensure that the operations are meeting programmatic priorities and that the campaign is on track to win.
