• Ensure the laboratory remains clean, safe, and compliant with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Needed

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within the first year of employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of current certification throughout your career.
