Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and documentation standards.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and professional communication.
- Deliver outstanding patient service while maintaining a professional and compassionate approach.
Required
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current, active, and unrestricted Physical Therapist license.
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation settings.
- New graduates and candidates with pending licensure are encouraged to apply, including those scheduled to sit for licensure boards within the next six months.
