What You'll Do

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and rehabilitate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support interventions.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and evaluate outcomes.
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams regarding treatment plans and progress.
• Document all services accurately in electronic health records.
• Support supervision and mentorship of CFYs or Student Speech-Language Pathologists.
• Adhere to ASHA and State Practice Acts, Code of Conduct, and ethical guidelines.

What You Need

• Required:
  • Active ASHA and State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience providing therapy for communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
• Preferred:
  • Pediatric and adult therapy experience
  • Experience in long-term care or similar healthcare settings
