What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients' cognitive and physical functioning related to ADLs and other daily activities
• Develop and implement personalized care plans following regulatory and clinical standards
• Administer rehabilitative treatments, including therapeutic exercises and modalities
• Support patients with ADL retraining, assistive device use, and therapeutic activities
• Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and provide guidance to therapy assistants and students
• Participate in meetings and training sessions as required

What You Need

• Required:
• Valid Occupational Therapist license (state-specific)
• NBCOT certification
• Prior experience in Long Term Care preferred
• Preferred:
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Strong organizational skills
