Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician Location: Pataskala, OH Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4:15pm-2:45am (4 Day Work Week) OT Friday 2:15pm-10:45pm Pay: Starts at $30-$33/hr (*10% Shift Differential= $33-$36.30/hr) Job Summary: Ridge Corporation is growing and looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our day shift team. This is a hands‑on role supporting manufacturing equipment, preventative maintenance programs, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. We are looking for dependable technicians who enjoy problem‑solving, working with production teams, and helping keep equipment running safely and efficiently. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Industrial production equipment Electrical troubleshooting Motors, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics Compressors, chillers, and boilers Preventative maintenance programs PLC troubleshooting Equipment repairs and process improvements Minimum Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty and responsibility satisfactorily.
